Something about the piercing or the jewellery worrying you? Tell the studio — the team reviews every message and answers honestly.

This online service is not emergency medical care. If your child is unwell, in serious pain, or anything looks wrong — spreading redness, swelling, discharge that keeps getting worse — contact your doctor, a walk-in clinic, or emergency services if it is urgent. The studio cannot diagnose through messages; they can tell you when medical assessment may be the right next step.

Private by design: your message and any photo go to the studio team only. A photo is kept in private storage — it is never published, and only staff can ever view it.
